Now that our technology is live in beta mode and that we're onboarding game publishers, we need to consolidate our marketing operations and accelerate our acquisition strategy.

As we have a B2B2C model, we need both to discuss companies (mobile game publishers) and to remain very close to our end-users (mobile gamers). We have an increasing need to build strong relations with both of this targets, and we have amzing things to do together!
Hence the Marketing Project Manager role we're opening, including the following missions :

Consolidate marketing operations
• Build a marketing plan (identify channels, set an agenda and goals)
• Participate in building partnerships with game publishers
• Run communications (website, social networks, communications campaigns)
• Pave the way for our launch

Accelerate our acquisition strategy
• Analyze and improve the current acquisiton strategy
• Operate at field level to develop our user base
• Grow our community of ambassadors (power users)

Profile (s) searched for

• Very good understanding of gaming ecosystem (mobile, PC, and cloud gaming)
• Robust soft skills in communication
• Strong "maker" mindset
• Fluent in French and English

Highly recommended:
• Previous working experience in gaming
• You're a gamer yourself
• Managing skills : we're meant to grow ;)
• Startup-friendliness

• Already involved in mobile app acquisition (FB Ads, Ad Network)
• Good knowledge of Discord
• Autonomy, pro-activity : bias for action
• Humility & ambition

Sadly unnecessary:
