Team

Blitz is a gaming platform launched by Voodoo in 2021, allowing players to compete on mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging Voodoo's unique game portfolio to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at Blitz. In this role, you'll be driving strategic growth initiatives across critical business verticals in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Role

• Formulate and execute high-impact strategies to drive business growth across payments, fraud prevention, and customer engagement

• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business verticals with direct P&L impact

• Develop automated systems and processes to scale operations efficiently

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business-critical metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies

• Own end-to-end project delivery from ideation to implementation and performance monitoring

• Drive operational excellence across payments infrastructure, fraud prevention, and customer lifecycle management

Profile

• 3+ years in a consulting firm - investment banking - startup/scaleup

• Master's degree in top tier Engineering school

• Highly analytical, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking

• Tech literacy

• A first experience in investment banking, management consulting or private equity firm

• Interest in gaming

• English and French proficiency

• A team player with a deep collaborative mindset,

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude toward receiving, acting on, and providing feedback

• Demonstrated accountability, independence, and ownership over your work
