MARKETING MANAGER

Hey! We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Manager who will be responsible for owning and executing the entire community mobilisation and growth strategy!

You will be part of a newly formed team that has the ambition to completely disrupt the world of gaming visual entertainment through blockchain technology! The objective: gamify and foster interactivity in video game streaming! 🎮

🎯 Your Mission (should you choose to accept it)

• Helping develop, implement and ultimately manage our marketing, community management and growth strategies
• Ideating, conceptualizing, and executing on bespoke ideas, activities, and activations that incentivize, grow, and genuinely engage our community members
• Building a growth tech stack in order to maximize the value while executing on those agreed strategies and activities
• Performing regular KPI analysis for acquisition channels and communication campaigns and consequently optimize our strategy
• Identifying opportunities to improve our marketing strategy and grow the team, with opportunities to lead all community managers, moderators, admin and growth

👨‍🎨 Who we’re looking for

• Be crypto native, and require little to no upskilling on that front
• Have experience in the field of marketing/community management in the web3 or/and gaming space. Previous experience in a consumer-oriented startup is a plus
• Be a self-starter, problem solver, and creative wizard, who has all the answers when it comes to coming up with new and innovative ideas to grow and engage a massive community
• Have exceptional PR skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and French is a must
• You are a big fan of Gaming and knowing the Streaming world would be an important asset 🕹
