Role

Voodoo is looking for a Growth Strategy & Operations Associate to join the Central Growth Office. In this role, you'll support important cross-team initiatives, contribute to venture projects, and help us work towards our vision of building a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally.

• Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem

• Support business development and account management activities in our creative team

• Contribute to multiple high-priority projects within the Growth team, working closely with teams across Voodoo, requiring you to be highly adaptable

• Enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them

• Design and build leading processes and products

   

Profile

• You have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)

• Ideally you have experience in business development or account management

• You are curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact, whatever's thrown your way

• You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility

   

Nice to have:

• You can run your own SQL queries

• You have experience in gaming or performance marketing
