Gameplay Data Analyst H/F

As a Gameplay Data Analyst within our Analytics org at Sorare, you will BE a key contributor to our gameplay squads creating a fun and exciting gameplay experience for Sorare managers. You will work closely with teams responsible for designing the competition structure, gameplay features, and how we reward managers. Your expertise in driving in-depth analysis will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall gaming experience for our users.
Responsibilities-
Conduct thorough analysis of gameplay data to understand user interactions, preferences, and engagement patterns
Perform in-depth analysis of gameplay features, identifying areas for improvement and innovation, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the overall gameplay experience for Sorare managers
Use data and experimentation to optimize reward structures to maximize user satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with gameplay designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align data insights with gameplay development goals

Requirements-
4+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in the context of consumer games
BA/BS in statistics, business, data management, or a related field
Experience playing fantasy sport games or strong expertise on at least one of the 3 sports we do : Football, Basketball or Baseball
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
A demonstrated passion for sports and sports games is major plus
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
