Additionally, you will work closely with our Production and Editorial teams and Publishing teams to build guidelines and frameworks to ensure that D&I is centered within our game design process and our communication assets building process.Your mission will be: Develop strategies to support the vision and mission of Ubisoft on diversity and inclusion in our games and content;Define guidelines and frameworks for studio teams, production marketing & publishing teams to foster more inclusion, authenticity and representation within our games both in the creation and communication assets process ;Support our production, Brand and Portfolio, and editorial teams on their D&I journey in partnership with other members of the D&I & ERGs team: Define leading edge standards of measurement;Champion an open culture, develop pioneering diversity and inclusion initiatives that support and develop new ideas and content makers;To achieve these missions, you will manage one person to start with.QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you have experience navigating the creative, gaming production, or marketing in entertainment industries and develop a strong knowledge and a proven dedication to D&I.If you feel up to the challenge and can relate to the experience and qualities listed below, then don't hesitate any longer! Previous experience developing and consulting with partners or third parties to help disseminate learnings and practices; Familiarity with the nuances of the creative, production and design process; Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence and manage multiple stakeholders; A coaching mindset with persuasion skills; Strong communication skills; Project management experience, ideally in the creative/production space;The position is attached to the International Headquarters and is open to any of the locations that Ubisoft has presence in.
