Overview is one of the fastest growing esports companies in the world. We help players compete, train and track their progress to become "the next champion". We run over 2000 tournaments per month, in over 30 games: FIFA 22, Fornite, Rocket League, ...

We are looking for Customer Success Manager (Internship) with a passion for gaming (and esport ideally) to join Nicecactus.


Be the main point of contact for all our players.
Handle customer requests and answer their questions efficiently on Zendesk (+ 50 requests per day).
Communicate with all departments (Esports, administration, IT, sales...) to find the best solution for each request.
Engage players to improve retention on the platform
Identify technical issues, report them to our IT department & track the resolution of technical issues.
Identify good suggestions from customers to improve the platform or services
Optimize the support process to respond better and faster.

Profile (s) searched for

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – MUST
French and English at native level – MUST
First experience in customer support or management of community - ADVANTAGE
Knowledge of the e-sport & gaming industry - ADVANTAGE
Ability to multitask, stay organized, follow through, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work in (and, if necessary, relocate to) Nice, France
