Overview
Within Ubisoft, you would join the Online Services department, whose mission is to serve games by building & managing online?solutions that connect them with a massive &?qualified audience,?across all platforms, and? power memorable live experiences that cement the long-term engagement of players & communities with UBISOFT brands.
Team Ops is a transverse team that contributes to the success of the Online Services organization by streamlining operations, cross-functional projects and processes, and promoting effective communication.
Missions:
Support communications activities within Online Services
Formalize and propagate the comms guidelines, best practices, etc.
Prepare the comms network meetings
Follow-up of the internal comms schedule
Stay on standby on Ubisoft or market comms to relay
Reinforce the management of comm metrics process
Support in the preparation of events (townhall, info sessions,...)
Maintain Online Services Intranet and team presentation documents up to date
Support Collaboration activities within Online Services
Support teams to simplify collaboration tools and spaces (Decommissioning of legacy spaces) and adopt transverse tools guidelines
Update distribution lists and support security group usage
Support for the animation of the life of the OS team (review of the floor map, internal events...)

Must have
Graduation in communication/marketing (business school, communication school, university, etc.)
Full proficiency on Microsoft back office tools + autonomous to find solution
Strong interest in communication and collaboration tools
English speaker - full proficiency (especially understanding)
Curious, open-minded, delivery focused
Humble, reliable, willing to learn & provide concrete support to the teams
Rigorous and organized to manage different projects within the given deadlines
Good organization allowing several projects to be carried out in parallel
Nice to have
Writing skills
Fluency with digital tools - mastery of different writing and directing techniques to be impactful on all channels.
Excellent interpersonal skills allowing easy interactions with various teams and interlocutors,
