CDI Senior Data Scientist W - M - D H/F

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll BE at the core of our data-driven decision-making process. You'll use machine learning to forecast player behavior, especially lifetime value, and build tools and dashboards that bring our game and user acquisition data to life. You'll work closely with game designers and marketing managers, helping them make smarter decisions grounded in data.

You will :
Develop and maintain machine learning models for predicting LTV, churn, and player segmentation
Collaborate with the user acquisition team to optimize acquisition spend and improve ROAS predictions using model insights
Partner with game designers to analyze gameplay data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support A/B testing and feature iteration
Create intuitive, actionable dashboards and reports, using Looker Studio or similar, to surface key insights across the company
Design and interpret experiments to validate hypotheses and measure feature impact
Help define and improve the data modeling layer, using dbt and BigQuery, to support analytics and ML use cases.
