Senior Game Designer

Oh BiBi is looking for a Game designer to work on a new and ambitious cross-platform project.

Missions

• Design gameplay mechanics & systems, proactively anticipate issues and propose solutions
• Design, implement and balance game content
• Iterate & adjust gameplay experiences
• Produce and maintain detailed game design documentation for the team and internal / external stakeholders
• Collaborate with programmers, artists, and other members of the design team
• Work with producers to determine production scope priorities and eventual adjustments
• Gather feedback and champion playtests on games and features to ensure audience-fit and strong quality
• Continuously play and analyse the gaming market to catch trends and opportunities early

Requirements

• Excellent communication, verbal and written
• Has shipped multiple and successful projects on mobile and/or console / PC as a key game designer (having navigated in both spaces is a plus)
• Attention to details, thoroughness in development and documentation
• Strong team spirit
• Ability to promote Game Design in other teams
• Ability to empathize with the core audience and target maximum quality for them
• Efficient and autonomous
• Experience on Unity
• Fully fluent in English and French
